Sign on Bonus $7,000 Sign on Bonus - effective 3.30.26 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee day‑to‑day patient care, supervise, direct, and develop nurse staff. You will report to the Director of Nursing and ensure quality patient care within our long‑term care center or skilled nursing facility. You will also manage registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and licensed practical nurses, as well as medical administrative personnel. Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day patient care, ensuring high‑quality care is delivered to residents. Supervise, direct, and develop nurse staff, including registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and licensed practical nurses. Manage medical administrative personnel and ensure efficient operations. Perform a variety of direct and indirect nursing services to meet personnel needs and promote the well‑being of residents. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care. Requirements Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Current R.N. registration within state. B.S. degree preferred. Three years’ experience preferred, with a minimum two years in a long‑term care facility. Minimum of one‑year previous leadership experience. What We Offer Competitive salary: $48 – $56 per hour.
