Job Description

• Oversee all aspects of light industrial construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor job site safety, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
• Manage and resolve any on-site issues that arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and progress tracking.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and clients as required.
