Customer Service Representative

Job Description
Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers promptly and professionally.
Schedule material pickups and send shipping containers, labels and supplies.
Track each lot from receiving through melting, assay, refining and settlement, and keep customers updated.
Explain assay results, metal pricing, settlement statements and payment timing in plain language.
Process new-account paperwork and keep customer records accurate in our CRM.
Research and resolve weight, assay or payment discrepancies, escalating complex issues to the right team.
Coordinate daily with logistics, the refinery, the assay lab, accounting and sales.
Handle every customer interaction with the accuracy and trust our business depends on.
