What your job includes Preparation and analysis of internal monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budget planning Interpretation of key performance indicators and derivation of recommendations for action Conducting business analyses (e.g., customer and product profitability), including best-practice approaches to support departments Regular communication with external business partners Maintenance and further development of planning, analysis, and reporting tools Participation in financial projects and/or leading a workstream within a larger project Act as first contact person and roll-out/implementation of Group Standards for/into the local sites across Europe What we expect from you A degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling/Finance, or comparable training Relevant professional experience in an international environment in a comparable position is desirable Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as excellent numerical aptitude Proficiency in MS Office, database systems, and ideally Power BI Strong communication skills at all levels, as well as fluent written and spoken English What we offer you We are a company with flat hierarchies, value-based corporate culture and a pronounced customer orientation in a special market.
