Complete nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions. Assist with sick call, chronic care, and intake screenings. Recognize and respond to changes in patient health status. Collaborate with RNs, providers, and facility staff to deliver quality patient care. Accurately document care in the electronic medical record. Promote a safe, professional, and respectful healthcare environment. Provide compassionate care while maintaining security awareness in a correctional setting. Qualifications Active Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative healthcare team. Previous correctional, emergency, medical surgical, or long‑term care experience is helpful but not required.
