What’s a typical day as Visual Merchandising & Sample Coordinator (Temp Only)? You’ll be:

• Maintaining an immaculate and visually compelling showroom and sample area, ensuring all products are presented to the highest standard.
• Receiving, unpacking, sorting, steaming, hanging, folding, and organizing apparel samples for sales presentations.
• Tracking and organizing samples, preparing shipments, and supporting the Sales and Product teams by resetting racks and tables post-meetings.
• Collaborating closely with team members to support showroom operations and maintain business continuity during a high-volume period.
• Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support sample tracking and presentation needs.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have experience in visual merchandising, sample coordination, showroom operations, retail, wholesale, apparel, or a related environment (strongly preferred).
• Possess exceptional organization, detail-orientation, and a keen eye for product presentation.
• Are proactive, self-directed, and adaptable—able to manage multiple requests and deadlines efficiently.
• Demonstrate a professional demeanor appropriate for a customer-facing wholesale setting.
• Are comfortable with lifting and organizing apparel samples (up to 30 lbs), moving racks, and maintaining showroom standards throughout the selling season.
• Are familiar with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
