Oracle HCM Engineer / Hybrid / Phoenix, AZ

This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity in Pheonix, AZ with a global financial services organization supporting enterprise HR technology initiatives that impact employees across multiple regions and business groups. The role focuses on Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning modules, while working within a modern enterprise environment that emphasizes security, scalability, integrations, and continuous platform improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for an Oracle HCM professional looking to expand their impact within a large-scale enterprise environment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance critical employee experience platforms, configure and optimize Oracle Cloud solutions, and support global HR operations.
