Sr. Manager SAP Digital Systems Integration

Salary: $121,500 - 259,500 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least 10 years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, we require at least 13 years of directly related experience.
• We require a minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP plan-to-produce, with a demonstrated record of successful implementations and ongoing support.
• We require at least 9 years of experience with the SAP production plan-to-produce workstream, including knowledge of integration touchpoints with other SAP modules.
• We require experience analyzing complex business needs and converting them into effective ERP solutions.
• We prefer strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• We prefer confident presentation abilities, including the skill to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We prefer experience developing technical solutions for complex problems and leading implementation efforts.
• We prefer expertise in SAP S/4HANA or ECC functionality and configuration.
• We prefer a solid technical grounding in business operations, tools, and processes.
• We prefer prior experience working within ERP applications, including MRO.
• We prefer exposure to project management methods such as waterfall and Agile.
• We require the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• We require the ability to travel 10% to 20% as needed.

• We lead sustainment and improvement efforts for ERP systems across planning, quality, MRO, procurement, and supply chain functions.
• We partner with business stakeholders, corporate IT, and managed service support teams to design, configure, and test SAP modules within our areas of responsibility, while providing guidance on best practices.
• We gather and document business requirements for SAP modules to ensure alignment with our operational goals.
• We support the optimization and continued operation of a large SAP environment, including upgrades, enhancements, and new module deployments.
• We create and maintain detailed documentation, such as functional specifications and process flows.
• We help prioritize issue resolution and system enhancements, and we assist with troubleshooting complex problems.
• We strengthen internal and external customer relationships by aligning system solutions with evolving business needs.
• We stay informed about emerging technologies, especially SAP capabilities, to support our business direction.
• We coordinate cross-functional efforts, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• We oversee a team of business process owners and serve as the end-to-end process leader for operations and supply chain.
