Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

This position involves working three 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, totaling 36 hours per week.

Every other weekend (EOW) commitment is required.

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a charge position. Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of current Emergency Room experience, with specific experience in a Critical Access Hospital being highly preferred. This role requires floating to Med/Surg and Stepdown units, with responsibilities divided as 60% in the Emergency Department and 40% in a charge capacity for the Med/Surg and Stepdown areas.

2+ years of Emergency Room experience required.

Charge nurse experience is mandatory.

Previous travel nursing experience is highly preferred.

Familiarity with procedures and operations of Critical Access Hospitals is highly preferred.

Oversee nursing staff in the Emergency Department.

Provide hands-on patient care in both Emergency and Stepdown units.

Assume charge responsibilities to support nursing staff in Med/Surg and Emergency Department as needed.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

Active American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Active American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Active Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

An active nursing license in New Hampshire is required.
