Neonatologist Position at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City
Pediatrix is seeking a full-time board certified/board eligible neonatologist to join our established practice at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, providing coverage for two NICUs and offering a supportive, community-oriented work environment backed by a robust hospital system.
Provide coverage at two level III NICUs:
- Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City: 43-bed NICU with an ADC of 29
- Norman Regional Hospital: 26-bed NICU with an ADC of 14
Services available include HFOV, jet ventilators, robust sub-specialty and MFM support.
Work environment is collegial, private practice with a team of six neonatologists. Workload is approximately 10 shifts per month with 24-hour shifts taken out-of-house. Call is taken from home for maximum flexibility with 24/7 NNP support and full back-up from the hospital team. New graduates are welcome.
Community features a small-town feel, vibrant urban culture, outdoor activities, and top-rated public schools. Facilities include Mercy Hospital and Norman Regional Hospital in Oklahoma City.
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. Not accepting locums candidates. New fellows are encouraged to apply. Not accepting visa candidates.
Compensation and benefits include:
- Competitive compensation: starting salary from $265,000 with annual increases
