Responsibilities

• Understands and demonstrates the correct use of the controls to drive and operate the stump grinder
• Inspects the work area for electrical hazards, foreign objects, and obstacles
• Ensures daily, weekly, and monthly safety checks are performed and documented as per manufacturer's instructions
• Understands Z-133 standards as it pertains to stump grinders
• Interacts with clientele in order to help ensure job satisfaction
• Responsible for carrying out other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader or designated supervisor, Arborist Representative, or Local Manager

Qualifications

• A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
• Interest in working outdoors year-round performing manual labor in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
• Prior tree care experience is preferred but not required
