The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Inspect facilities, equipment, and systems to identify and address potential issues. Establish and enforce maintenance procedures, protocols, and safety standards. Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies. Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to enhance team performance. Oversee contractor performance and maintain vendor relationships. Monitor budget compliance and implement cost-control measures. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inspections. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in a relevant field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, safety regulations, and compliance standards. Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate motor vehicle (valid license required) Cell phones are required for on-call maintenance. · Ability to independently lift/carry supplies or equipment up to 65 lbs Proficiency with maintenance management software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office). Preferred Skills Experience developing and managing preventative maintenance programs. Familiarity with budget management and cost-control practices. Ability to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
