Bilingual Operations Coordinator

Job Description Our client, a plumbing company in Lexington, is looking to add a Bilingual Operations Coordinator to their team. This role's primary responsibility will be to oversee scheduling, team coordination, and job readiness. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits and growth opportunities. This position is full-time, with an on-site schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. Responsibilities: Review schedules daily with bilingual team Oversee assigned projects and follow up with crews and supervisors Confirm job readiness with crews using the TTC method (Text, Text, Call) Anticipate materials, permits, and inspections Ensure paperwork, plans, and dispatches are ready Participate in an on-call rotation every 5 weeks to assist with after-hour emergencies and communicate updates (done remotely) Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, field operations, or dispatch Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to work under pressure Comfortable leading team meetings, resolving issues, and communicating with crew members and supervisors Compensation: $40K-$50K Health Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) matching Employee Assistance Program We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
