Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Location: Clarksville, Arkansas
Employment Type: Full-Time
SIGN ON BONUS: $2,000 Join Our TeamWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our early childhood education team. This position provides assessment, intervention, and support services for young children experiencing speech, language, communication, and developmental challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children build the communication skills necessary for lifelong success.
Position SummaryThe Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat children with speech and language disorders, collaborate with families and educational staff, and develop individualized therapy plans that support each child's developmental goals.
ResponsibilitiesConduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to children.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support child development.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and family service meetings as needed.
Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support communication development at home.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and program regulations.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current Arkansas Speech-Language Pathology License or eligibility for licensure.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellowship eligibility.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschool-aged children, or early intervention programs.
Knowledge of developmental milestones and evidence-based therapy practices.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
