About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our part-time team working days. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing vital signs and reporting changes to staff

• Assisting with mealtime and nutrition needs

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to residents, tailoring services to meet their unique needs and preferences

• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare team members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote best practices

• Uphold confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions
