Channel Licensing Specialist

Providing end-to-end support for software licensing and professional services opportunities, the full-time Channel Licensing Specialist will manage quoting, pricing inquiries, order preparation, and partner communications in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Support channel partners by preparing quotes and assisting with proposal development for software licensing and professional services Review software licensing requirements and vendor pricing programs to ensure transaction accuracy and readiness for processing Coordinate and track partner and client purchase orders through fulfillment, managing communications and issue resolution until delivery is complete Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in channel sales support, software licensing, or related commercial support functions Experience supporting software licensing transactions and technology solutions Knowledge of software licensing programs, subscription models, and vendor pricing structures Proficiency with NetSuite ERP, CRM (HubSpot), and Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner requests and projects simultaneously
