Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (Power Platform)Location: Austin, TX (Remote 85% / Telework) Duration: 12+ Months (Extension Possible) Rate: DOE Visa: Open (Must be authorized to work in the U.S.)Job SummaryTexas Education Agency (TEA) is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, C#, JavaScript, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Required Skills7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform development6+ years building Model-Driven Apps6+ years with Dataverse (tables, relationships, security model)6+ years of C# plugin/server-side development6+ years of JavaScript customization in Dynamics 365 / Power Apps6+ years of REST API integrations6+ years using Git (branching, pull requests, merge/conflict resolution)Experience working in a collaborative, multi-developer environmentKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutionsBuild Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse solutionsDevelop C# plugins, APIs, and integrationsImplement JavaScript-based client-side customizationsBuild REST API integrations and data synchronizationManage source control using Git and CI/CD pipelinesTroubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysisCollaborate with cross-functional development teams
