We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical Unit on the night shift. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to provide essential care to a diverse group of patients in a setting that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and compassion.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the state of Iowa (or compact license)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS certification required within the first year of employment
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, charting, and patient assessment skills

What You Will Do:

• Direct and deliver nursing care to assigned patients on the Med/Surg floor
• Assess patient needs and create individualized care plans
• Utilize the nursing process to provide emotional and physical support
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient charts and care plans
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout care delivery
