1. 80/20 commission split until you cap
2. $16,000 annual cap (And when you cap they give it back to you in stock!!!)
3. After capping, keep 100% of your commission for the rest of your anniversary year, subject to standard transaction fees

5. $85/month cloud brokerage fee
6. $25 broker review fee per transaction
7. $40 risk management fee per transaction, with an annual cap

Agents are expected to:

1. Prospect for buyers, sellers, investors, and referral partners
2. Follow up consistently with leads, past clients, and sphere contacts

5. Show homes, write offers, and prepare listing presentations
6. Negotiate contracts and help clients from contract to close
7. Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and agents
8. Use CRM tools and attend trainings, meetings, and growth opportunities
