Job Description Summary We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, and social media–obsessed Community & Creator Marketing Intern to help strengthen the connection between our brands, creators, ambassadors, and online communities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, influencer marketing, digital culture, and social media who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships both online and offline. As a member of the Social Media team, you'll support community engagement, creator partnerships, ambassador programs, social campaigns, and event activations. You'll gain hands‑on experience working across leading beauty brands while learning best practices in community management, creator marketing, social listening, and digital campaign execution. Key Responsibilities Community Management & Engagement Support daily community management across all social media platforms by responding to comments, direct messages, and consumer inquiries in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all consumer interactions. Foster positive conversations and strengthen relationships with our online communities. Escalate customer service inquiries and sensitive issues to the appropriate internal teams. Assist with community engagement initiatives, giveaways, contests, and audience participation campaigns to increase engagement and brand loyalty. Creator & Ambassador Program Support Assist with ambassador and creator outreach, onboarding, communications, and relationship management throughout the partnership lifecycle. Coordinate product shipments for creators and ambassadors, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking. Maintain creator databases, contact lists, campaign trackers, and partnership documentation. Support the day-to-day operations of creator and ambassador programs to ensure a seamless partner experience. Social Listening & Trend Monitoring Monitor social conversations, consumer sentiment, trending topics, viral moments, and beauty industry news to identify engagement opportunities. Research emerging creators, influencers, and brand advocates aligned with brand values and campaign objectives. Stay informed on platform updates, creator trends, and evolving social media best practices. Share actionable insights, recurring consumer feedback, and trend recommendations with the Social Media team. Campaign & Content Support Assist with creator campaign execution by coordinating communications, collecting content assets, and tracking campaign milestones. Help ensure creators meet content deliverables and campaign deadlines. Monitor ambassador and creator content across platforms to confirm campaign completion. Organize and maintain user-generated content (UGC) libraries for future marketing and social media use. Assist with campaign reporting by organizing engagement metrics, creator content, and performance summaries. Event & Brand Activation Support Assist in planning and coordinating community events, influencer activations, product launches, and brand experiences. Support on-site event execution, including attendee engagement, content capture, creator support, and live social media coverage. Assist with post-event follow‑up, reporting, and ongoing community engagement efforts. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative, Customer Service, and Communications teams to support integrated marketing initiatives. Contribute creative ideas for community engagement, creator activations, and social‑first campaigns. Support special projects and additional social media initiatives as needed. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. Passion for beauty, social media, influencer marketing, creator culture, and digital marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms. Comfortable engaging with online communities and communicating professionally with creators and brand partners. Proactive, creative, collaborative, and eager to learn. Experience using social media personally or professionally is preferred; experience with influencer marketing or brand partnerships is a plus.
