Job Position: Nurse (Inpatient Clinical Trial)

Location: Savannah, GA 31405

Pay Rate: $32.00 - 45.00/hr.

Shift: 7a-7p or 7p-7a

Description: Coastal Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support a leading inpatient and outpatient clinical research facility in Savannah, GA.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team that helps bring tomorrow's treatments to patients through innovative clinical research. The facility conducts a wide variety of clinical trials involving vaccines, Alzheimer's disease, memory disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, migraines, diabetes, alcohol and opioid use disorders, psychotic disorders, and other medical and behavioral health conditions. Every study plays a role in advancing new medications and treatment options that improve patient care.

Schedule

• PRN / As-needed
• Facility operates 7 days per week
• Available shifts between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00PM-7:00AM
• Flexible scheduling based on study needs

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to research participants.
• Perform vital signs, specimen collection, EKGs, and other protocol-required procedures.
• Administer study medications and injections as directed by research protocols.
• Monitor participants for adverse events and document findings accurately.
• Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, research coordinators, and the clinical research team.
• Ensure participant safety while following study protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Previous clinical research experience is a plus, but not required.
