Principal Product Security Engineer

Providing technical leadership in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Principal Product Security Engineer will design strategies for Delinea's Product Security Program, perform secure design reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security practices. Key responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of security architecture and best practices for product offerings Conduct threat modeling and security assessments, documenting product risks and application designs Mentor team members and promote integration of security standards within the software development lifecycle (S-SDLC) Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience At least 12 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity, with a minimum of 7 years in a Product Security role Proficiency in cloud security, secure design reviews, and threat modeling Experience with security testing tools and integration into development pipelines Strong leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders effectively
