The Facilities Management Department provides a safe, clean, aesthetically attractive and functional campus environment through the maintenance of all campus buildings and building areas for the enhancement of the learning environment, the overall appeal of campus, and the level of human safety and comfort. The Custodian II will provide lead-worker direction to assigned custodial staff while performing a full range of custodial and facility support services to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming campus environment. This position organizes and monitors daily custodial operations, conducts inspections, coordinates deep-cleaning projects, and provides training and guidance to staff. The Custodian II also performs routine and specialized cleaning, supports university events and operational needs, and assists with exterior maintenance, including snow and ice removal, to ensure university facilities are maintained in accordance with departmental standards. Salary: $51,360.00 to $71,196.00 ($4,280/mo to $5,933/mo)
