As an Family Medicine Physician at Healthcare South ,you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of adult health issues. This position is essential to our commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes in our community.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician specializing in Internal Medicine / Family Medicine to provide outpatient care for adult patients in our Braintree, MA office.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases, and a passion for improving patient health outcomes. We offer a competitive salary with full benefits, and partnership after 1 year. As partners we share in the profits instead of being limited to our salaries. Because we are an independent group, we control our own schedules, administration, staff, and overhead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide variety of diseases and conditions in adult patients.
- Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab work.
- Educate patients on lifestyle changes, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide timely follow-up and monitoring of patient progress.
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active medical license in Massachusetts.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
