Job Title: HR Manager Location: Hyderabad CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA Notice Period: Maximum 1 Month Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the overall human resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, driving talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while supporting business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning Oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and HR audits Drive learning & development, training programs, and career progression plans Manage payroll coordination, compensation & benefits, and HRMIS Partner with leadership to support organizational development and change management Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to senior management Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Proven ability to manage confidential information Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability Proficiency in HR tools and MS Office Qualifications MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent 6–10 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Experience in IT / Corporate / Product-based environments preferred Additional Details Work Location: Hyderabad (On-site/Hybrid as per company policy) Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month preferred
