Hospice Volunteer

Compassus

Hospice Volunteers work in their own community and at their own schedule. Non-medical volunteers invest their talents and skills to improve the lives of our patients, their families, and our staff.

Volunteers are able to:

Visit patients at home or in a community setting
Provide caregiver relief
Make phone calls to check on patients and caregivers
Administratively assist
Provide emotional, spritual, and bereavement support
Share time with a veteran
ANGEL - Alliance of neighbors giving end-of-life support
