Position Specific Description NextEra Energy IT is embarking on an ambitious transformation strategy called OneIT. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Organizational Change Management Leader to drive this strategic initiative. This role requires a high-performer who not only embraces the principles of change management but also possesses the ability to foster shared ownership and collaboration across diverse teams. Job Overview This position plans, executes, and finalizes projects, according to schedule and within budget. Employees in this role acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members including third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Individuals define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.
