What You'll Do
- Diagnose and treat a variety of retinal conditions
- Independently perform vitreoretinal surgical procedures
- Manage patient care within a busy retina-only practice
- Collaborate with dedicated retina-trained staff, nurses, and technicians
- Support office-based clinics and surgical procedures at a modern ASC
- Utilize ModMed EMR, run on iPads, to document and coordinate patient care
- Provide expert management for patients requiring diagnosis, laser treatments, injections, and surgical interventions
- Uphold best practices in patient safety, quality care, and compliance
What You Need
- Board Certification in Ophthalmology with Retina fellowship training
- Active Nevada license or IMLC, DEA registration
- Ability to diagnose and perform vitreoretinal procedures independently
- Experience managing complex retinal diseases
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
