Job Overview

We are hiring an Editorial Manager to help define the editorial direction of The Cutting Room Floor across its growing slate of programming. This role is responsible for determining what The Cutting Room Floor publishes and requires exceptional editorial instincts.

The ideal candidate has experience in writing, editing, journalism, publishing, criticism, editorial strategy, or another field grounded in strong editorial thinking. A strong understanding of social media and digital publishing strategies is a plus.
