City Wide Facility Solutions of Portland is looking for an experienced Outside B2B Sales Executive who knows how to prospect, build a pipeline, get in front of decision-makers, and close net-new commercial business.

This is a true hunter role.

You'll prospect for new business, meet with commercial decision-makers, uncover facility-service needs, develop customized solutions, present proposals, negotiate agreements, and close business.

What You'll Do

•Build and maintain a strong pipeline of net-new B2B opportunities.

•Generate new business through cold calling, email, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and face-to-face prospecting.

•Spend significant time in the field developing your territory and creating new opportunities.

•Connect with business owners, executives, property managers, facility managers, operations leaders, and other commercial decision-makers.

•Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and operational challenges.

•Develop and present customized facility-service solutions.

•Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through presentation, proposal, negotiation, and close.

•Build rapport, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the business.

•Maintain consistent and professional follow-up throughout the sales process.

•Manage prospects, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activity within the company CRM.

•Maintain a professional LinkedIn presence to support networking and lead generation.

•Meet or exceed established sales and new-business goals.

•Work closely with Operations and Administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition of new business.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a professional B2B salesperson who knows how to hunt for new business.

You should be comfortable creating opportunities instead of waiting for leads. You know how to identify prospects, reach decision-makers, ask the right questions, uncover business problems, present solutions, overcome objections, negotiate, and close.

Strong candidates should be able to share specific examples of their past sales success, including the new business they generated, sales goals they achieved, and how they personally found and closed new customers.

Requirements

Qualifications

•Outside B2B sales or new-business development experience preferred.

•Proven prospecting skills and the ability to develop a territory through consistent outbound activity.

•Comfortable spending significant time prospecting face-to-face in the field.

•Experience managing a professional B2B sales cycle from initial contact through close.

•Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Strong organizational skills with consistent follow-through.

•Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and sales activity.

•Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional networking and business development.

•Ability to independently manage priorities while following a defined sales process.

•Confident presenting to both small and large audiences.

•Collaborative and able to work effectively with Operations and Administrative teams.

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

•Self-motivated, outgoing, adaptable, competitive, and results-driven.

Experience selling recurring commercial services, facility services, or directly to property and facility decision-makers is a plus - but facility-services experience is not required.

We can teach our industry. We're looking for people who already know how to sell.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $65,000

First-Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately $85,000
