Pricing Manager

Leading the estimating department for a specific global business unit, the full-time remote Pricing Manager will manage market workload, develop cost proposals, and advise internal clients on pricing strategies while ensuring compliance with government regulations and corporate policies. Key responsibilities Lead pricing efforts by managing workload and collaborating with capture teams to deliver accurate pricing proposals Develop cost proposals, including pricing models and cost volume narratives, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Provide pricing guidance to proposal teams and support subcontract solicitations and contract negotiations Required qualifications BA/BS degree in Business or a related field 15+ years of experience in pricing cost proposals for US Federal Government clients Strong knowledge of various contract types, including FFP, CR, T&M, IDIQ, and OTA Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in MS Office applications Experience using ProPricer software and a strong understanding of CAS, FAR, and DFARS regulations
