Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, and specialty providers to coordinate complex therapies and optimize patient outcomes. Provide operational oversight, clinical guidance, and strategic direction for the infusion program, reporting to senior pharmacy leadership. Work closely with pharmacists, nurses, technicians, providers, and administrative leaders, supporting a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and professional respect.
