Director of Virtual Construction & BIM Excellence

National Association of Women in Construction

Harris seeks a Director of Virtual Construction to lead teams transforming mechanical design and construction through technology and collaboration. You will develop people, enhance BIM/VDC practices, and drive coordinated, fabrication-ready solutions across projects. You will shape quality standards, adopt industry practices, and align staffing with project needs, forecasting, and delivery expectations, while representing Harris in client interactions and proposals. #J-18808-Ljbffr National Association of Women in Construction
