What You’ll Do As a Dental Assistant at Lakeview Endodontics, your role will be key in ensuring our patients have a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with front desk duties, including greeting patients and scheduling appointments. Discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients in a clear and compassionate manner. Supporting the dental team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for patients. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates who bring a combination of skills, experience, and a positive attitude to the role. Our ideal candidate will have: A minimum of one year of experience working front desk at a dental office , specifically handling treatment plans and financial discussions with patients. Strong communication and organizational skills. A friendly, approachable personality with a commitment to excellent patient care. The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
