Product Quality Engineer

Product Quality Engineer, a full-time remote position responsible for owning the feedback loop between users and the product, ensuring critical bugs and customer insights are addressed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Build and manage an AI-native Voice of the Customer program to gather and synthesize user feedback Develop feedback loops that translate customer experiences into real-time product decisions Serve as the senior escalation point for critical customer issues and act as a product expert across the organization Required Qualifications Deep product and technical knowledge with experience in technical support, software engineering, or a quality-adjacent role Strong debugging and reproduction skills Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, distinguishing between critical and non-critical issues High ownership mentality regarding product quality Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to navigate fast-paced environments
