JOB DESCRIPTION: In the role of Banquet Server, you will work alongside our current team members to cater events. Candidates should possess an efficient work ethic, a friendly and professional demeanor, and be comfortable being on their feet for several hours at a time.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with table and meeting space prep before the event
• Read and execute all BEO's
• Set up display stations and bars, proper food arrangement
• Assist with food/buffet preparation before and during the event
• Ensure safe food handling guidelines are always followed
• Deliver food to the meeting space in a timely manner
• Serve plated items to guests and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Always remain guest focused with the goal being 100% satisfaction and completion of all BEO's
• Assist with post-event clean up, inventory, food storage, and tear down
• Work as a member of a team, communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient work ethic and overall guest satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with coworkers efficiently and effectively
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
• Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a courteous demeanor and attitude towards all
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to easily adapt to organizational and environmental changes
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in regulation with company dress code policy
• Adhere to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
