RV Tow Package Specialist

An RV Tow Package Specialist installs and maintains towing systems on towed vehicles, including wiring, braking systems, and brake controls, ensuring safe and reliable towing capabilities. We are seeking a RV Tow Package Specialist who has great customer service skills and strong mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities:
- Install complete towing packages: This includes base plates, hitches, wiring harnesses, and brake systems air and electric following manufacturer specifications.
- Install and troubleshoot electrical systems: Basic 12V wiring, integrate lights on towed vehicle, braking systems air and 12 volt, and other electrical components.
- Provide customer service: Demonstrate installations, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Follow safety protocols and ensure proper storage of tools and materials.
- Troubleshoot and repair towing systems: Diagnose and resolve issues with base plates, tow wiring, charging, braking systems.
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude: Ability to work with tools and understand mechanical principles.
- Knowledge of electrical systems: Familiarity with basic 12V wiring and electrical components.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with towing systems.
- Customer service skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Attention to detail: Ability to ensure accurate and safe installations.
- RV experience a plus: Familiarity with RV systems and towing practice
- Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
- Valid driver’s license required
