Job Description
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a traveler basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting.
Assess patients and prioritize care based on clinical need and urgency.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare staff to deliver effective patient management.
Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently.
Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Current RN license and certifications, including BLS, PALS, ACLS, NIHSS, and DCI/BVP.
Minimum of [insert required years of experience, if applicable] in an emergency room or critical care setting.
Strong clinical assessment skills and a commitment to patient advocacy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

This position requires night shifts and flexibility to accommodate the needs of the emergency department.

Travel Requirements

This is a traveler position; candidates should be prepared to accommodate potential travel between multiple locations within the region.
