Warehouse Clerk

Doral, FL

Pay: $17–$20/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday (potential OT)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable  Warehouse Administrative Assistant / Logistics Clerk to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in logistics or warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process inbound and outbound shipment documentation
• Support bonded cargo paperwork and ensure compliance
• Manage high-volume email communication with professionalism
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain system updates
• Check in and assist drivers in a timely and organized manner
• Prepare pallet documentation and print labels for outbound shipments
• Coordinate closely with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of clerical or administrative experience (logistics/warehouse preferred)
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, data entry systems; WMS is a plus)
• Ability to handle high email volume efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
• English & Spanish Required
