EHS Specialist (Manufacturing)

RELOCATION ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE

A leading manufacturer in the greater Tulsa, OK area is searching for an EHS Specialist with strong experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in ensuring compliance and advancing safety culture across the plant.

Key Details:

• Salary: Up to $85,000 base, depending on experience
• Local candidates preferred; relocation assistance considered for exceptional non-local candidates
• Bilingual fluency required

Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives across the facility
• Drive improvements in site-wide EHS policies and compliance with federal, state, and internal standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, IATF 16949)
• Facilitate a proactive, injury-free workplace and lead EHS training and risk-reduction activities
• Oversee audits, investigations, corrective actions, and reporting

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Environmental, Health, Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities
