About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations and Strategic Initiatives to lead the turnaround of an established regional office. The successful candidate will be responsible for stabilizing performance, rebuilding backlog, and strengthening client and community relationships. This senior leadership role demands a hands-on approach, with a focus on spending time in the market to build trust-based relationships and coaching a team of experienced project managers. The role also involves owning the strength of various industry relationships, providing leadership to regional operational teams, and translating market opportunities into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior leadership within commercial construction, be adept at operating at the intersection of operations and business development, and have a strong background in financial management and organizational change. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have at least ten years' experience in senior leadership roles within commercial construction, with a history of running multi-location or multi-service-line operations.
