As a Buyer at MasterSpas, you won't just purchase materials—you'll help keep an entire manufacturing operation moving. Every decision you make impacts production, inventory, supplier relationships, and ultimately the quality of the products our customers enjoy around the world. If you're someone who loves solving puzzles, negotiating better deals, analyzing data, and finding smarter ways to work, this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact every single day. What You'll Do You'll become the connection between our suppliers and our manufacturing teams, making sure the right materials are available at the right time, at the right cost. Build Strong Supplier Partnerships Research and purchase quality materials that keep production moving. Build long-term relationships with suppliers based on trust and collaboration. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements that create value for both MasterSpas and our partners. Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, and service. Keep Production Running Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Track orders from placement through delivery. Resolve shortages, backorders, and supply issues before they impact production. Coordinate transportation and communicate order updates across the organization. Think Ahead Analyze inventory levels, supplier lead times, and production demand. Work closely with Inventory, Production, and department leaders to forecast future needs. Make informed purchasing decisions that balance cost, availability, and operational efficiency. Improve the Business Look for ways to simplify purchasing processes and reduce waste. Recommend improvements that strengthen inventory management and supplier performance. Participate in projects that help MasterSpas continue growing and improving. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. Someone who likes asking questions like:

• Is there a better supplier?"
• Can we negotiate a better price?"
• What happens if demand increases next month?"
• How do we prevent this shortage before it happens?"

You’ll Likely Be Successful If You Enjoy analyzing information before making decisions. Have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Love solving problems and thinking several steps ahead. Can prioritize multiple projects without losing attention to detail. Have strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Have experience in purchasing, supply chain, inventory management, manufacturing, or another analytical business environment. Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
