What You'll Do
- Perform standard endodontic procedures within your scope of practice
- Manage patient cases with flexibility based on your expertise
- Utilize WaveOne rotary system or discuss alternative systems if certified
- Maintain accurate documentation in Open Dental EMR
- Collaborate with staff to ensure quality patient care and efficient workflow
- Provide exceptional patient experiences in a busy, supportive environment
- Adapt procedures based on individual case needs and comfort level
What You Need
Required:- Valid dental license in Ohio
- Experience with standard endodontic procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience with WaveOne or similar rotary systems
- New grads encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills and patient-oriented approach
