Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on various metal materials
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Fabricate metal parts using brake press, punch press, saws, grinders, and other shop equipment
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

Previous experience in welding AND fabrication REQUIRED
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic math and problem-solving skills
Welding certifications are a plus (not required)

Preferred Skills

Experience with MIG welding and Fabrication in a manufacturing setting
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and reliability
