Hospitalist – Swing Shift7 On / 7 Off Schedule | 10-Hour Shifts | 176 Shifts Per Year

Holyoke Medical Center is seeking a Hospitalist to join our growing inpatient medicine team in a dedicated Swing Shift position.

Position Highlights

• Swing Shift Hospitalist position
• 7 On / 7 Off schedule
• 176 shifts annually
• 10-hour shifts (1,760 hrs year.  424 less hrs /year vs typical day position)
• 11am to 9pm

• Total potential compensation: $310,000–$340,000 based on experience
• Includes $30,000 quality metric bonus potential

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Hospitalist experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
