Associate Project Manager

Supporting a program of high-impact retail merchandising projects, the remote Associate Project Manager will manage project timelines, facilitate workflow, and collaborate with creative and production teams while working in Pacific time zone hours. Key responsibilities Manage small retail merchandising projects independently or assist senior project management in larger engagements, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery Support program management by scheduling, tracking, and controlling tasks, while setting clear expectations for deliverables across teams Monitor project progress and communicate risks, adjusting timelines and workflows as necessary to maintain project efficiency Required qualifications 2+ years of project management experience in an agency environment managing high volumes of projects Familiarity with retail merchandising projects, particularly planogram development Exposure to project management and workflow tools Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus Ability to work effectively with distributed global teams
