About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Global Payroll to spearhead the delivery of its global payroll and expense management solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the global payroll strategy, ensuring timely and accurate payroll operations across all regions, and maintaining industry leadership through innovative and customer-centric offerings. This role involves close collaboration with R&D to execute the payroll product and technology roadmap, as well as managing a large international team to drive performance, growth, and team cohesion. The VP, Global Payroll will also be tasked with partnering with legal and compliance teams to ensure global regulatory adherence and mitigate operational risks. Applicants for the VP, Global Payroll position at the company should have a strong understanding of the global payroll space, with a proven track record in developing best-in-class global payroll solutions. A minimum of 10 years' experience in building global payroll solutions, including system implementation and service delivery, is required, particularly in fast-growing, tech-enabled businesses. The role demands a leader who is committed to operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, and who can effectively lead and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in developing and managing KPIs for operational teams.
