Compensation for Full Time position: Approximately $80,000 - $90,000 annual salary based on experience, PTO, Healthcare Reimbursement

Description

As a Technical Deployment Manager (TDM), you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the successful implementation of Docebo LMS, its ancillary products, and data migrations. This will mainly include 2 different types of projects: LMS onboardings & administration and LMS technical onboardings & integrations. This role will include offering expert guidance, technical configuration, and troubleshooting while also managing project timelines and client relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, helping and training our clients to configure their systems based on their specific needs and project plans, migrations, and ensuring smooth integrations with other platforms. Implementation, Integration, migration, and administration of additional LMS software and their ancillary modules will also be required as they are onboarded to Trainicity’s client offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

● Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process, guiding them through onboarding, technical configuration, and system customization.

● Lead clients through strategic planning, user management, UI/UX configuration, and branding for the Docebo LMS.

● Build integrations between Docebo and other systems using Workato/Docebo Connect and onboard clients to leverage Workato/Docebo Connect to build and manage their own integrations.

● Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring all deliverables meet client objectives and are completed on time.

● Provide technical consulting, including API integration, SSO setup, SFTP configuration, third-party platform connections, as well as Middleware integrations for Trainicity clients.

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Docebo LMS and integrations with systems like Salesforce, web conferencing tools, and SSO providers.

● Assist in system configurations, testing, user acceptance, and soft launches, ensuring readiness for go-live.

● Manage LMS data migrations using APIs and our API powered data migration tool. 

● Document project activities, technical specifications, and best practices, ensuring alignment with internal teams and clients.

● Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by proactively managing risks and providing top-tier customer service.

Requirements:

● Proficiency with Workato, Rest APIs, Postman, JavaScript or another language, and familiarity with SAML and OAuth2 protocols.

● 2+ years of experience in client facing software implementation, system integration, or technical consulting.

● Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (Docebo preferred).

● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● Basic coding experience in at least one programming language - JavaScript preferred.

● Experience with Workato or similar low-code development tool used for building system integrations

● Experience with Data Migrations

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, and comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

● Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with Docebo LMS or similar systems.

● Prior experience in building and maintaining system integrations

● Prior experience working with enterprise-level clients in a SaaS environment.

● Experience with AWS Services such as - Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, Cloud Formation and other services.
