Candidate Pay Rate: $78 - $54.6 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to restore mobility and reduce pain
• Implement evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team for coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic standards

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Current CPR/BLS certification (if required)
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required - new grads welcome to apply
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping patients

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient evaluation and treatment planning
• Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
• Neuromuscular re-education and patient education
• Accurate documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
