Hayward Contracting is seeking a driven and personable Sales Consultant to help builders with high-quality interior trim installation and homeowners transform spaces with screen rooms and retractable awnings. This is a dynamic role combining both inside and outside salesperfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a customer-facing environment.

What Youll Do:

• Work with new construction builders and homeowners to offer tailored solutions

• Conduct in-home consultations, site visits, and virtual follow-ups

• Generate quotes and close sales for trim, screen rooms, and awnings

• Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up on project estimates

• Educate clients on materials, timelines, and product benefits

What Youll Need:

• A reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement available)

• Strong communication and consultative sales skills

• Ability to manage your schedule and customer relationships

• Familiarity with home construction or renovation is a plus
